Our electrical switch life laboratory is recognized by UL and CTDP in the United States, VDE and TUV in Germany and Intertek ETL Semko in Sweden. The maximum test current can reach 2000a and 500V, which is applicable to all tests of products within rated 300A. It can test 60 switches at the same time, and can obtain Canadian UL, cul, CSA, German VDE, TUV, CE, ENEC and Swedish Semko certificates.

Our short-circuit test laboratory is independent of the life laboratory and can conduct AC and DC short-circuit tests. The maximum test current is 10000a and the voltage is 500V. The short-circuit test laboratory is also recognized by UL, CTDP, VDE, TUV and Intertek ETL Semko of Sweden.

The auxiliary laboratory is used for weather resistance test, force and travel / conduction angle and travel resistance test. Dust proof test of ip5x and ip6x, waterproof test and flame retardant test of IPx4, ipx5, ipx6 and ipx7 are also carried out. Other test equipment include leakage trace tester, Aglient multi-channel temperature tester, Heraeus oven, WV temperature humidity alternating test chamber (- 40 ~ + 180 ℃, 10% - 98%), KIKUSUI withstand voltage tester, insulation resistance tester and grounding resistance tester.

Our environmental protection laboratory is equipped with fluorescence spectrometer, which can test Pb, CD, Cr, Hg, Br and other harmful substances. CR can be detected by double beam ultraviolet visible photometer and gas chromatographPBBs, PBDEs and PAHs。
